UHF RFID Tag Ceramic of High Temp Resistance Cube

RTEC Cube is an uhf RFID long range anti-metal tag. Despite it is a mini RFID tag, its reading distance far exceeds other passive RFID tag of the same size. The ceramic substrate not only gives consideration to anti-metal performance, but also has good temperature resistance. As high temperature tags and durable RFID tags, they can be recycled in a high temperature environment of 250 degrees. All Cube’s advantages make it to be a popular RFID industry tag, which has been applied to numerous types of applications, such as armory tracking, tagging of important assets, tracking high temperature environment assets etc.

Product Description

That’s the reason we developed Cube--high temperature uhf RFID tag.

As high temp RFID tags, Cube are designed to operate in environments where RFID chip labels and standard anti metal tags would fail due to excessive heat. Our cube are specifically engineered to withstand elevated temperatures without compromising their performance, making them ideal for use in applications such as automotive manufacturing, aerospace, metal processing, and other high-temperature industrial processes.

In addition to their heat resistance, high-temp RFID tags are available in various form factors, including embedded tags that can be integrated directly into products or equipment during the manufacturing process. Embedded RFID tags provide a seamless and permanent identification solution, enabling automated tracking and traceability throughout the entire lifecycle of the tagged items. As we all know, if tags are embedded in to metal, it’s performance will be compromised. However, our Cube, with special antenna design and frequency adjustment can still be read of meters range when embedded into metal, which exceeds the other embeddable RFID tags of the same size.
