The rubber label for clothing is composed with comprises a copper antenna on a FPC substrate and a UHF chip in a QFN package. The UHF chip in a QFN package and the copper antenna are electrically connected to form a passive radio frequency identification function inlay. The passive RFID function formed by the copper antenna on the FPC substrate and the UHF chip in the QFN package is inlay which is sealed in the silicone rubber vulcanized housing to achieve silicone curing protection.Our rubber tags for clothing, such as L-S5512 makes it possible to significantly improve and protect inlay RFID tag's stability in harsh physical and chemical environments by epoxy-protecting the FPC-based copper antenna and QFN-encapsulated UHF chip inside a silicone rubber vulcanized shell, making RFID clothing labels more able to adapt to the requirements of high temperature and pressure, strong tensile and high distortion force, strong corrosion and other washing environment.
